Unfortunately it has not been without its problems and in October 1996 I had to cease taking any more orders as it was becoming impossible for me to fulfill what I had. As well as this, we have had delivery problems for approximately 12 customers, which have denied the laws of logic, even for replacements.

While I have addressed the supply problems with the employment of more people including one of the best whip makers available and the building of a second workshop from which to work, I do urgently seek any information from people who have ordered whips during 1996 and have not received their product or who have ordered/inquired and not received any communication in reply.
